Leadership Archetype Assessment + Full Report (Owner + Leadership Team)
Description: You and your leadership team will complete our Leadership Assessment and receive the full report of your archetypes.
What this means for you: We’ll start with an informed foundation, knowing the dynamics on your team.
Practice Assessment
Description: Every employee at your practice will complete our Practice Assessment and receive your results. This will be completed at the beginning and end of our time together.
What this means for you: We’ll consider the relational culture at every level of your group practice.
Employee Archetype Assessment
Description: Every employee at your practice will complete an employee archetype assessment.
What this means for you: You’ll have awareness of your employees’ archetypes and know the relational dynamics between you and your teams.
3 Workshops Focused on Teaching
Description: Throughout the entire 6-month period, we’ll host 3 workshops with your entire practice, with content that will target gaps reflected from Practice Assessment.
What this means for you: Your team’s feedback and archetype will direct the group programming we offer, creating healthy relational patterns throughout your entire group practice.
intensive period — we’ll start with a 3-month intensive period to assess, develop, and equip your team
3 Sessions with Owner (1x per month)
Description: These sessions will focus on: (1) Goals (owner, leadership, practice), (2) how to motivate your leadership team, and (3) offering recommendations and presenting an action plan.
What this means for you: You as the owner get dedicated support from Julianne and Poonam in crafting the future of your practice’s culture. You’ll feel both emotionally and logistically supported.
3 Group Sessions with Leadership Team + Owner (1 x per month)
Description: These group sessions will focus on: (1) Teaching the Cultivate TRUST framework, (2) identifying the group practice’s baseline in relational trust, and (3) collectively identifying which elements need more attention.
What this means for you: We’ll use our Cultivate TRUST framework to equip your team with the awareness, tools, and language to build trust.
Individualized resources/follow up/sidebars as necessary (8 hours/mo)
Description: You and your leadership team will receive custom resources, 1:1 sessions, and support outside of sessions.
What this means for you: Julianne and Poonam are available as resources offline to you and your leadership team for anything that might arise. Whether it’s supporting you in having a difficult conversation, offering templates you can put to use right away, or auditing one of your systems to set your team up for success, you’ll have managerial support throughout our 6 months together.
titration period — following the intensive period, we’ll have a 3- month titration period, focused on accountability and measuring changes over time
3 Sessions with Owner (1x per month)
Description: These sessions will focus on: (1) Discussing how you’re viewing the progress, (2) we’ll catalog the trends that are taking place now that changes are being implemented, (3) we’ll offer support to keep you accountable, and (4) we’ll help you leverage each leader’s strength to support you in maintaining change.
What this means for you: You as the owner get dedicated support from Julianne and Poonam in crafting the future of your practice’s culture. You’ll feel both emotionally and logistically supported.
3 Group Sessions with Leadership Team + Owner (1 x per month)
Description: These sessions will include
Review and implementation of action plan
Review and implementation of KPIs and other created resources
Review final Practice Assessment progress and outcomes
Present on final report during last debrief session
What this means for you: For 3 months, you and your leadership team will report on metrics and changes on your team, with actionable suggestions as you implement the Cultivate TRUST framework. You’ll walk away with a final report showing the impact of our work together.
