Leadership Consultation

 

Vision and Solution:

Leadership in a group practice is complex as you’re balancing clinical excellence, relational dynamics, and operational demands. This 2:1 leadership consultation experience is designed to provide you with direct, strategic support to address challenges in real time, refine your leadership style, and strengthen trust within your group practice. By offering both immediate solutions and long-term strategies, we help you lead with confidence, clarity, and alignment.

Time: 3 sessions (1 hour each) or 2 sessions (90-minutes each)

Cost: $1000 (can be paid as a lump sum or as a monthly payment of $333.33 for 3 months)

Timeline: 6-9 weeks


 

Your Experience Includes:

  1. Personalized Leadership Support

    • Space to address current or acute needs related to leadership development and team dynamics.

    • Thought partnership to navigate challenges in a way that reinforces both psychological safety and accountability.

  2. Work Culture Values & Norms 

    • Identifying and defining workculture norms and values. 

    • Crafting clear, trauma-informed definitions for each norm to ensure alignment and shared understanding.

    •  Exploring how these norms show up in daily practice and where they need reinforcement.

  3. Reflection on Leadership Style & TRUST in Your Practice

    • Opportunity to explore how your leadership approach influences team relationships, morale, and workplace culture.

    • Insights into areas of strength and growth, with practical ways to enhance relational trust.

  4. Custom Resources & Strategic Action Plans

    • After each session, receive a tailored resource (e.g., script, template, or tool) to help implement strategies discussed.

    • Clear, actionable steps to support leadership decisions and workplace culture improvements leaning into the Cultivate TRUST model.

  5. Integration of the Cultivate TRUST Model (When Applicable)

    • Apply the Cultivate TRUST framework to real-world leadership challenges.

    • Identify practical ways to embody trust-building leadership practices in day-to-day operations.
