Description: If you’ve taken our free leadership assessment, you’ll receive your full Leadership Archetype report free of charge if you haven’t downloaded it already.
What this means for you: You’ll have a deep and detailed understanding of your unique leadership style, which will further inform our work together.
60-min Session: Session 1
Description: You’ll meet with Julianne or Poonam and we’ll look at your obstacles and the responsibilities on your team.
What this means for you: You’ll have support from leaders who have been where you are, addressing an immediate need on your team from a relational perspective.
+Custom Resource
What this means for you: You’ll leave session 1 with a custom resource to support you in addressing your immediate needs— a custom script, template, or tool to help you take action on your short-term situation.
60-min Session: Session 2
Description: You’ll meet with Julianne or Poonam and we’ll debrief on the action you took, explore your leadership strengths, values, doubts, and uncover strategies for you to use now and in the future.
What this means for you: Through debriefing your action, you’ll be able to integrate learnings. From here, we’ll more deeply explore your leadership archetype, and the results from your Cultivate TRUST Assessment. We’ll discuss how to leverage your strengths for positive outcomes on your team, creating different circumstances in the future.
+Custom Resource
What this means for you: You’ll leave session 2 with a custom resource to address areas of growth from your Cultivate TRUST Assessment results and any other identified resources to serve your team in cultivating TRUST.
60-min Session: Session 3
Description: You’ll meet with Julianne or Poonam and we’ll create a go-forward integration plan for you and your team, and proactively plan for future team needs.
What this means for you: Now that you’re equipped with a deeper understanding of how you uniquely cultivate TRUST, we’ll create an action plan in this session that will strategically support you in sustaining a psychologically safe work environment.
+Custom Resource
What this means for you: You’ll leave session 3 with a custom resource in order to integrate plans, equipping you to take action based on cultivating TRUST.
