Leadership Consultation Groups
What is it? It is an intentional container for group practice owners to gather and discuss trauma-informed leadership and employee management practices.
If you are looking for connection and community with other leaders who get it and support and strategy from Julianne and Poonam, you're in the right place! You'll leave feeling a little less alone and a little more inspired and resourced.
Structure: Each 60-minute session will offer participants an opportunity to share current leadership or employee management challenges, which fellow group members + Julianne and Poonam can support with strategy and problem-solving.
Topics + Resources: Topics might include learning the Cultivate TRUST model, discussing employee accountability, having hard conversations, building self-trust and confidence in yourself as a leader, creating a work culture that is reciprocal and values aligned, and anything else within the employee management realm that will best support you as a group practice owner. We'll also include resources based on what was discussed during each session.
Cost: $75 per person for a 60-minute bi-weekly group. We'd ask everyone in advance to commit to all 12 sessions, and payment would occur every month regardless of missed sessions.
Size: We limit the size to 4-6 participants to ensure the best experience possible.
