Solution: We provide personalized workshops for your group practice via Zoom, teaching your team the Cultivate TRUST model. The benefit of learning a leadership methodology is that it offers you and your leadership team a tool to conceptualize where you want to grow while also providing you with concrete steps to resolve common challenges. Just like when a clinical team walks through a case using a clinical modality, you as a leadership team can walk through an employee management issue using this framework to help you identify where you might be stuck.

Pre-Workshop 

  • Leadership Assessment (takes 5-10 minutes to complete) 

  • Each leader will receive their Archetype Full Reports (18 pages of information based on their leadership strengths, blindspots, etc...) 

  • Knowing each leader’s archetype will help with integration and engagement

What is the cost of the workshop? A 3-hour leadership workshop starts at $149 per participant for groups of 7 or more. For groups of 6 or fewer, the minimum workshop fee is $950. Cost may vary depending on further customization for your practice, such as workshop length or special topic.

Is this an online workshop? Yes, we currently offer this workshop via Zoom.
